2. touch the side of middle finger to the thumb.

I will explain how to use your finger to pull the bow strongly with your right wrist relaxed.

Let’s use the root of middle finger while pulling it, don’t use the tip of middle finger.

If you tighten your tip of finger. your wrist muscle tighten while pulling. As a result, it can be difficult to move your arms wisely. You can not pull the bow strongly.

So, it become hard to move your right elbow behind your right elbow.

To release the arrow straight, it is important to move your right hand straight. So you should move your right elbow behind.

To move your right elbow widely, please not tighten your tip of finger.
